Closing event

With stocktaking and evaluation 2013/2016/2019
as well as outlook and workshops on the future from 2020

Internal conference with workshop(s), public panel discussion and follow-up.
Background: The fact that the format "Triennial of Modernism", launched in 2013, has established itself is largely due to the commitment of those involved, who - especially in Berlin - often act without institutional ties and public funding structures. However, this practice repeatedly comes up against clear limits. In 2019, the Berlin programme will therefore be funded for the first time by the LOTTO Foundation Berlin. After three years of events, all those involved want to discuss together with potential partners the possibilities and challenges of continuation as well as conceivable and sustainable expansion strategies.

Partners: Triennial-Partners from Weimar, Dessau and Berlin
Note: The event is primarily planned as an internal working event.
However, potential partners interested in participating in the future are welcome.

Documentation for the event: Schedule as PDF
Questions of the discussion panel: as Word form download | as PDF copy
Curation: zukunftsgeraeusche GbR + buschfeld.com

  • Wednesday, 14.12.2019, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m., tower foyer of the Altes Stadthaus,
Landesdenkmalamt Berlin, Klosterstraße 47, 10179 Berlin
